In which areas do you operate?

We operate in the Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, Cape Town CBD, Foreshore and surrounds. 

Does your cleaning method require water?
Yes it does. The amount of water required is dependent on the size of the area or item being cleaned. We also provide dry cleaning methods where required. 

Will my items be left wet after cleaning?
No, we dry all items with industrial dryers. This ensures that your items will not be damaged, create mould or develop an odour after cleaning. 

What information do I need to provide in order to obtain a quotation?
The area our services or required, the name of your company if you are a commercial establishment as well as the square metre area or quantity of items that require cleaning. 

Will I have to remove my furniture from the area being cleaned beforehand? 
No, our team will move all furniture, except for electrical appliances such as televisions, computers, fridges etc. 

How do I prepare for the clean?
Please remove smaller, loose belongings such as ornaments, photo frames etc. 

I would prefer my items to be cleaned outside, is this possible?
Yes it is, if weather permits and there is a suitable work area. 

Why are my Persians/Oriental/Silk/Dhurri/Woolen rugs cleaned offsite?

The cleaning process for these types of rugs is specialised and differs to the cleaning process for most synthetic rugs. They therefore require careful attention, which is often more time consuming. The cleaning process is not typically completed in one day. We are able to provide the necessary attention when these rugs are cleaned at our premises and this ensures that you will obtain the best possible cleaning result. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash payments on the day for residential customers. EFT payments are also welcome for residential customers, however a Proof of Payment needs to be provided to our team representative before we leave your premises. This proof of payment may also be emailed to our office.
